ops-core® FAST - Bump Helmet

ops-core® manufacture cutting-edge products and components integral to equipment used by the military and sporting goods industries. The human brain, eyes and ears are highly evolved to sense and react instantaneously. Yet with the advent of new technologies to enhance these senses and increase awareness, today's soldier has been burdened by an excessive amount of equipment to carry on the head. Traditional military helmets were never intended for this purpose and therefore provide a "solution" that is uncomfortable, unstable and often compromises the very senses it is trying to protect.

The ops-core® FAST bump helmet has a carbon fiber shell and is ideal for operations, fast roping, climbing and training. The shell is identical to the ballistic version, that means, the helmet is designed with the structural integrity to comfortably support binocular style NVDs. The FAST helmet is lightweight, multi-impact, has ventilated liner with repositionable EPP impact pads and LDV closed-cell comfort foam that is not affected by temperature, altitude or moisture. The integrated head-Loc chinstrap retention system gives helmet 4x more stability than standard issue ACH helmet suspension / retention products (ACH = Advanced Combat Helmet). The FAST helmet comes with standard MARSOC / WARCOM 3-hole pattern and allows to mount the ops-core® VAS Shroud (sold separately), so the FAST helmet is compatible with front mount visors, flashlights and other visual enhancement devices.

Additional Features of the ops-core® FAST Bump Helmet:
- Occ-Dial adjustable fitband with replaceable leather front, nape and side pads quickly detaches to allow convenient donning and doffing of COMs headsets with internal top headbands
- FAST-ARCs - 4 Position Accessory Rail Connectors: non-snag attachment points for quick yet secure donning or doffing of headborne accessories
• works in conjunction with locking and rotating adapters that utilize emergency break-away features for airborne operations
• upper ARC dovetail for devices like low-profile lights, vidio camera, visor, mandible and up-armor side covers
• corner ARC buckle receiver for gas and O2 mask strap kit attachments that eliminate the bulk and clutter of traditional bayonet style mounts
• lower ARC dovetail for devices like flip-out COMs headset, battery pack, goggle strap keeper, mandible and up-armor side covers
• over-the-center side hook attachment for devices like illuminator, strobe light and battery pack
- BISS-NVD lanyard / elastic tensioner to eliminate night vision mount / device rattle or vibration

Chinstrap size: M (24,5 - 27,5 inch) M (24,5 - 27,5 inch) L (26 - 29 inch) XL (27,5 - 30,5 inch)
Since peaple have different shaped heads, helmet size (the size of the top of your head) is not always proportional to the chinstrap size (the size of your face).
