ops-core® - VAS Shroud
Why carry around the extra weight when you are not wearing head borne devices? The ops-core® VAS Shroud is snag free for HALO, HAHO and static line operations. It is an aluminium construction with powder coated finish and stainless steel ballistic hardware. In addition its includes a foam gasket that prevents vibrations and wobble better than competitor shrouds.
The ops-core® VAS Shroud fits at all ACH, MICH; PASGT and Lightweight Marine Helmets with the MARSOC / WARCOM 3-hole pattern. It is the lightest, lowest profile, least obtrusive and least expensive front shroud solution currently available. It can be use for mounting night vision devices (requires nicht vision mounting arm and NVG goggles - not included), visors or head lamps.
